It started off with a wonderful Calvary Chapel Women's Conference where Gisella Yohannan spoke on the life of David in Psalm 62. It was a wonderful encouragement and challenge in my walk with Jesus. i must go back and read my notes again...how quickly we forget!!
Next i went to visit my family in America! I braved the 8 hour flight with my teething 7 month old and husbandless (he stayed home to work). Let me tell you it was a challenge. But God was good every step of the way. And it was totally worth it. My parents and brothers are absolutely in love with our little one. The spent every second of the day they could with him. Even if it was 5 in the morning, they wanted all the cuddles they could get! :) here are a few pictures from the trip.
my WONDERFUL husband sent we the best birthday present ever...a surprise visit from my best friend in the whole world before she moves to Kenya!

cuddles with grammy!
The month was finished off with a beautiful trip the the Lake District!
And in and amongst all of this, Caleb has EIGHT teeth now! Can you believe it!?? And he is ALMOST crawling. And if that isn't enough....he had a lovely little virus called impetigo!
Now it is November and cold and rainy. The colourful leaves are disappearing too! We have got our hats coats and gloves all out and ready! I cannot say i am excited about this cold weather we are about to endure, but i do love England and its constantly changing weather. The only thing i don't think i will ever get used to is how it gets dark by 4!!!!
i hope everyone has had a wonderful october!
God bless.
